If your number is unreachable, we will attempt 3 calls over 2 days. After that, the order will be canceled.

Order Processing: After confirmation, your order will be processed, packed, and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Processing Time: All orders (except those placed on weekends/holidays) are processed within 1-2 business days.

Since COD is our primary service, please follow these rules carefully:

Have Exact Change: Delivery riders may not always carry change. We highly recommend keeping the exact amount ready to avoid any delays.

Inspect Before Paying: You have the right to open and inspect the outer packaging of your order before making the payment. However, please do not open the sealed product packaging until after you have paid.

COD Cancellation: If you cancel a COD order after it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover our shipping and handling costs. Please only place a COD order if you genuinely intend to purchase.

Fake Orders: We take fake orders very seriously. If we notice suspicious or repeated fake COD orders from a single user, we reserve the right to block that user from placing future orders.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to love your World Bloom products! However, if you are not satisfied, here is our return policy:
A. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
B. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
C. Return Process

D. Refunds for COD Orders

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
7. EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. No cancellation fee will apply.
